Fort Polk, LA - Gate Hours, Map and Status

Ft. Polk has seven Access Control Points (ACP). The Main Gate ACP 1, which sits along US 171 on the west side of the base and Gate ACP 7, located on the extreme northern side of the base off of LA-28, are both open 24 hours. Gate ACP 8 is an additional 24-hour entrance, but only during rotations, otherwise it remains closed. Gates ACP 2 and 6 are both open 0500-2100, M-F. Gate ACP 5 hours are M-F, 0500-2100 and weekends, 0900-1500; closed holidays. Gate ACP 4 is primarily commercial and is open 0500-1800, M-F.
